摘要
周永坤教授治疗下肢静脉性溃疡时强调如下:(1)详细询问病史,完善术前检查;(2)重视交通支处理;(3)中药熏洗治疗;(4)长期使用压力治疗。周永坤教授认为下肢静脉性溃疡的病因相对固定,但其发展及转归受多因素影响,治疗上大家公认首选手术治疗,药物治疗为辅,术后需要配合长期压力治疗,同时突出中医特色,充分发挥中医外治法优势。目前临床治疗中重视溃疡面的处理,往往忽视了本病早期干预,因此我们要对高危人群进行健康宣教,主要措施包括体重控制、改变不良生活习惯,避免久立、久坐,尤其是下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,一定长期坚持压力和药物治疗,这也符合中医未病先防的理念。
Professor Zhou Yongkun emphasizes the following in the treatment of venous ulcer of lower extremity including detailed inquiry of medical history and improvement of preoperative examination, paying attention to traffic branch support, fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine and long-term use of stress therapy. Professor Zhou Yongkun believes that the cause of venous leg ulcers is relatively fixed, but its development and outcome are affected by many factors. It is recognized that the treatment is the first choice for surgical treatment, supplemented by drug treatment, and it is necessary to cooperate with long-term pressure therapy after surgery. At the same time, it highlights the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and gives full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment. At present, the treatment of ulcer surface is emphasized in clinical treatment, and the early intervention of this disease is often neglected. Therefore, we must conduct health education for high-risk groups. The main measures include weight control, changing bad habits, avoiding long-standing, sedentary, especially patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities. We must adhere to stress and medication for a long time, which is also in line with concept of disease prevention of traditional Chinese medicine.
