摘要 专业的羽毛球运动员使用专用的羽毛球发球机配合训练,但需要花费大量的时间去整理地面上的羽毛球。对此,设计了一种可自主行走捡球的装置,包括捡球、球头调整、装筒等机构,并以外型引导与羽毛球分段装筒实现了羽毛球朝向的调整与装筒。基于Inventor软件对装置的零件进行设计分析,验证了装置内零部件的强度满足在整个运行工作过程中所需的机械强度,这表明该装置的设计合理可行。 Professional badminton players use the specialized badminton pitching machine to cooperate with the training,but it takes a lot of time to clean up the badmintons scattered on the ground.Accordingly,a device capable of walking and picking up the ball autonomously was designed,including the mechanism of picking up the ball,adjusting the ball head,loading the tube and so on,and facilitating the adjustment of badminton s orientation and the skillful loading with shape guidance and badminton s segmented loading.Based on Inventor software to design and analyze the parts of the device,the strength of the parts in the device was verified to meet the mechanical strength required in the whole operation process,which shows that the device is reasonable and feasible.
