摘要
为明晰雁鸣湖氮磷内源释放特征,探明环境因子对沉积物-上覆水界面氮磷释放的影响作用。通过室内模拟试验探究了氮磷静态释放规律,以及不同环境因子(温度、p H、溶解氧、扰动)作用下的氮磷交换通量。结果表明,沉积物对NO3^--N和PO4^3--P均表现为"源",NO3^--N交换通量为3.43~4.53 mg/(m2·h),空间差异不显著;PO4^3--P交换通量为0.133~0.269 mg/(m2·h),总体呈现中间高两边低的趋势。正交试验结果表明,环境因子对NO3^--N和PO4^3--P交换通量影响的主次关系分别为:p H>溶解氧>温度>扰动、p H>扰动>温度>溶解氧,即p H对NO3^--N和PO4^3--P释放影响作用最大。
In order to clarify the endogenous release characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus in Yanming Lake and to investigate the effects of environmental factors on the release of nitrogen and phosphorus at the sedimentoverlying water interface.Through the indoor simulation test,the static release law of nitrogen and phosphorus and the nitrogen-phosphorus exchange flux under different environmental factors(temperature,p H,dissolved oxygen,disturbance)were explored.The results showed that the sediments showed"source"for NO^3--N and PO4^3--P,and the exchange flux of NO3^--N was 3.43~4.53 mg/(m2·h),and the spatial difference was not significant;The exchange flux of PO4^3--P is 0.133~0.269 mg/(m2·h),and the overall trend is high in the middle and low on both sides.The results of orthogonal test showed that the primary and secondary relationships of environmental factors on the exchange flux of NO3^--N and PO43--P were:p H>dissolved oxygen>temperature>disturbance,p H>disturbance>temperature>dissolved oxygen.That means p H has the greatest influence on the release of NO3^--N and PO4^3--P.
