摘要
基于某MW级风电叶片,研究了覆冰以及除冰后叶片表面残冰对叶片翼型气动性能的影响、覆冰对叶片整体气动性能以及机组发电量的影响。结果表明,翼型前缘覆冰后翼型升阻比显著降低;叶根段覆冰对整个叶片气动性能影响较小,叶尖段覆冰将严重影响叶片的气动性能,机组的发电效率显著降低。本文的分析结果对叶片防除冰技术的研究具有重要参考意义。
Based on a MW class wind turbine blade, the effects of icing and residual ice after deicing on the aerodynamic performance of airfoil, as well as the effects of icing on the aerodynamic performance of blade and generating capacity of wind turbine are studied. The results show that the lift-drag ratio of the airfoil significantly decreases after icing on the leading edge of the airfoil. The effect of icing in the blade root region on the aerodynamic performance of the blade is small, and icing in the blade tip region will seriously affect the aerodynamic performance of the blade, and the generating efficiency of the wind turbine will be significantly reduced. The analysis results have important reference significance for the research of blade anti-icing technology.
