摘要
隔爆型三相永磁外转子电动机,由于其转子结构和使用场合的特殊性,永磁体布置结构对制造工艺、产品性能以及制造成本有很大的影响,现针对现有磁极布置结构的不足进行了分析与改进,设计并验证了一种改良型磁路结构,这种结构在工艺性、降低制造成本、提高生产效率、提高可靠性等方面有了较大改善。
For the flame-proof three-phase permanent-magnet motor with outer rotor,the arrangement structure of its permanent magnet has a great influence on the manufacturing process,product performance and manufacturing cost.The analysis and improvement on deficiency of the existing magnetic pole arrangement structure are carried out,and an improved magnetic circuit structure is designed and verified.This structure has great improvements in terms of improving the manufacturability,reducing the manufacturing cost,improving the production efficiency and improving the reliability.
