摘要 驱动轮是采煤机向前运行的重要驱动装置。主要介绍履带式底盘驱动轮,根据驱动轮与履带板啮合类型,可分为等节距啮合、亚节距啮合、超节距啮合,并介绍了不同类型驱动轮的作业特点。分析了驱动轮设计中的常见问题,针对不同应用需要选择合理的材料与最佳节距的确定,并分析了驱动轮在煤矿机械上的典型应用。 Driving wheel is an important driving device for shearer to move forward, the crawler-type chassis driving wheel has been introduced. According to the meshing type of driving wheel and crawler-type board, it can be divided into equal pitch meshing, attached pitch meshing and exceeded pitch meshing. The operation characteristics of different types of driving wheel have been also introduced. The common problems in the design of driving wheel have been analyzed. The reasonable material and the determination of the optimum pitch have been selected according to different application needs. The typical application of driving wheel in coal mine machinery has been analyzed.
