2017—2018年温州市公共场所集中空调卫生状况调查 被引量:5

Sanitation Conditions of Central Air Conditioning Ventilation Systems of Public Places in Wenzhou Gty in from 2017 to 2018

摘要 目的了解温州市公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生现状,并探讨其可能存在的问题。方法于2017年6月—2018年6月期间对温州市15家公共场所集中空调通风系统的清洗状况进行现场调查,依照《公共场所集中空调系统卫生规范》对卫生学指标进行采样、检测和评价。结果共获得公共场所空调系统检测数据350个,总合格率为84.00%,送风中细菌和真菌总数合格率分别为62.22%和31.11%。风管内表面细菌和真菌总数合格率分别为95.56%和91.11%。18.18%(2/11)的冷却水样本中有嗜肺军团菌的检出。不同类型场所送风中细菌和真菌总数检测结果差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),商场和超市送风中细菌总数和真菌总数合格率均最高,酒店最低。有清洗记录的公共场所较无清洗记录的空调通风系统的卫生指标检测结果有所好转,但差异无统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论温州市公共场所集中空调通风系统污染状况不容乐观,需加强空调系统管道深度清洗工作,保证空调通风系统的运行期间室内空气质量。 Objective To investigate the hygiene status of central air conditioning ventilation systems in Wenzhou City,and to discuss some problems.Methods The cleaning condition of central air-conditioning systems in 15 public places in Wenzhou City were investigated on site,and the hygienic indexes were sampled,tested and evaluated in accordance with the Hygienic Standard for Central Air-conditioning Systems in public places from June,2017 to July,2018.Results A total of 350 detection data of air conditioning systems were obtained,and the total pass rate was 84.00%.The total bacteria count during the air-supply was 62.22%,and total fungi count was 31.11%.On the surface of air pipes,the qualified rate of total bacterial count and total fungi count were 95.56%and 91.11%.The contamination rate of legionella pneumophila in cooling water was 18.18%.The difference of detection results of total bacterial and fungi count in air-supply of different types of places was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The qualified rate of total bacteria and total fungi in the air supply of the supermarket was the highest and of the hotel was the lowest.The test results of hygiene indexes of air conditioning ventilation systems in public places with cleaning records improved compared with that without cleaning records,but the difference was not statistically significant(all P>0.05).Conclusion Contamination in central air conditioning ventilation system in Wenzhou City is not optimistic.Deep cleaning work of air-conditioning should be strengthened to ensure indoor air quality in the operation of air-conditioning system.
