摘要
接纳与承诺疗法近年来逐渐被应用于慢性病领域,并在糖尿病中显示出较好效果。本文对接纳与承诺疗法在糖尿病患者中应用的相关文献进行梳理,分别从作用机制、测量工具、具体方法、效果评价等方面进行阐述,旨在为我国医护人员将接纳与承诺疗法应用于糖尿病患者治疗和管理中提供借鉴。
In recent years,acceptance and commitment therapy has been gradually applied in the field of chronic diseases,which has shown good results in diabetes treatment.Therefore,this article reviews the literatures about the application of acceptance and commitment therapy in treatment of diabetes mellitus,and elaborates its action mechanism,measurement tools,specific methods and effect evaluation,in order to provide references for medical staff of out country to apply acceptance and commitment therapy in treatment and management of patients with diabetes mellitus.
