摘要
在高浓度硝酸根废水的处理过程中,经一级超高压反渗透处理后,浓水中硝酸根可浓缩至105 g/L,截留率在99%以上,可直接用于蒸发浓缩实现资源化。同时通过三级循环式反渗透工艺处理后淡水硝酸根可降至35mg/L以下,可回用于生产,大大节约生产成本。该工艺还可推广到其它高盐废水的资源化及无害化处理,提高社会经济和环保效益。
In the treatment process of high concentration nitrate wastewater, after the first-stage ultra-high pressure reverse osmosis treatment, the nitrate in the concentrated water can be concentrated to above 107.26 g/L, and the rejection rate is above 99 %, which can be directly used for evaporation and concentration to realize resource utilization.At the same time, the freshwater nitrate can be reduced to below 33.1 mg/L after being treated by the three-stage reverse osmosis process, which can be reused for production, which greatly saves production cost. The process can also be extended to the resource and harmless treatment of other high-salt wastewater to improve social and economic benefits.
