某微细粒嵌布贫磁铁矿尾矿再选试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 辽西地区某贫磁铁矿选矿厂尾矿中含有部分可回收磁性矿物。为最大限度实现资源的高效利用,减少金属流失,对该选厂尾矿进行回收再选试验研究。选厂总尾矿TFe品位7.18%,其中有用矿物为磁铁矿和赤铁矿,主要脉石矿物为石英。尾矿中可回收的有用矿物以富连生体和贫连生体为主。采用强磁—粗精矿再磨—弱磁的工艺流程对尾矿A+B进行再选,能够获得精矿TFe品位为65.37%、回收率19.65%,尾矿TFe品位4.485%,回收率80.35%的指标,尾矿A+B中有用矿物得到充分回收,所得精矿比入选前矿样TFe品位提高了59.88个百分点。精矿产品可作为合格铁精矿直接回收,能有效减少有用矿物的流失,提高资源利用率。 The tailings of a lean magnetite ore dressing plant in Western Liaoning contain some recoverable magnetic minerals.In order to maximize the efficient use of resources and reduce metal loss,the tailings of the plant were reclaimed and tested.The total tailings TFe grade of the plant is 7.18%.The useful minerals are magnetite and hematite.The useful minerals that can be recovered from tailings are mainly rich aggregate and lean aggregate.The"tailing A+B"was re-selected by the process of"high intensity magnetic-coarse concentrate re-grinding-low intensity magnetic separation",which can obtain the concentrate TFe grade of 65.37%,the recovery rate of 19.65%,and the tailings TFe grade of 4.49%.The recovery rate is 80.35%.The useful minerals in"tailing A+B"are fully recovered,and the refined concentrate is increased by 59.88 percentage points than the pre-selected ore sample.Concentrate products can be directly recovered as qualified iron concentrates,which can effectively reduce the loss of useful minerals and improve resource utilization.
