摘要
智能采矿机械是实现智能开采的核心子系统,为了促进我国智能开采技术的提升,对煤矿智能采矿机械应用现状及发展趋势进行了调研。首先,分析了智能开采对采矿机械的一般需求;然后,基于国内部分代表性的智能开采工作面简述了智能采矿机械应用现状,并调研了国内外采矿机械厂商;最后,结合智能开采技术的发展方向展望了智能采矿设备发展趋势,具体包括5个方面智能高精度状态感知技术、基于物联网技术的设备互联、故障智能诊断与反馈和基于大数据、人工智能技术的自决策。
The intelligent mining machinery is the core subsystem to realize intelligent mining.Firstly,the paper annlyzed the general demand of intelligent mining for mining machinery.Secondly,the application status of intelligent mining machines and the domestic and foreign mining machinery manufacturers is briefly described.Finally,the development trend of intelligent mining equipment is prospected according to the development direction of intelligent mining technology.Specifically,it includes five aspects:intelligent high-precision state perception technology,equipment interconnection based on Internet of things technology,intelligent fault diagnosis and feedback,and self-decision based on big data and artificial intelligence technology.
