摘要
城市地质工作贯穿于城市建设发展的全过程,是城市规划建设和经济社会发展的重要基础支撑,是未来地质工作的重要发展方向。围绕黄石市规划建设、运行、转型升级、选址布局、防灾减灾、美化环境等自然资源与城镇化过程中所面临的各种地质环境问题,结合黄石市对地质工作的需求,提出黄石市城市地质工作在未来5年里的总体战略构想,开展大冶湖生态新区多要素城市地质调查、老城区城市地质调查与宜居系统评价、城市水生态环境质量调查与韧性水系统评价、长江黄石段生态环境地质调查与绿色发展示范研究、矿山生态环境调查与绿色矿山建设研究、资源环境承载力评价与监测预警体系构建、城市地质信息管理与服务系统建设等7个方面的工作,为黄石市高质量发展提供地质支撑。
Urban geological work throughout the whole process of urban construction and development,is an important foundation for urban planning & construction and economic & social development,it is also an important direction of geological work in the future.Around the natural resources needed by Huangshi City planning and construction,operation,transformation and upgrading,site selection and layout,disaster prevention and mitigation,beautify the environment,and various geological environmental problems in the urbanization process,combining with the demand for urban geological work of Huangshi City,the paper puts forward the overall strategic conception of urban geological work of Huangshi City in the next 5 years,carries out multi-element urban geological survey of Daye Lake Ecological New Area,urban geological survey and livability system evaluation of old city,urban water ecological environment quality survey and ductile water system evaluation,ecological environmental geological survey and green development demonstration research of Huangshi section of the Yangtze River,mine ecological environmental survey and green mine construction research,resource and environmental carrying capacity evaluation and monitoring and early warning system construction,urban geological information management and service system construction etc.,provides geological support for the high-quality development of Huangshi City.
