流固耦合对静压溜板承载性能影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 对重型机床静压溜板承载部位进行流固耦合分析,通过建立以雷诺方程和有限元计算为基础的流固耦合模型,分析了开式定量静压油垫的油膜刚度受供油流量、负载和材料特性的影响规律。将计算结果与不考虑流固耦合特性的分析结果进行对比,结果表明:在供油流量相同条件下,考虑流固耦合特性的油膜刚度相对不考虑流固耦合特性的油膜刚度下降更严重,所以,流固耦合特性对油膜刚度的影响不可忽视。 The fluid-solid coupling analysis was carried out on the bearing part of the hydrostatic slide plate of heavy machine tools.By establishing a fluid-solid coupling model based on Reynolds equation and finite element calculation,the influence law of oil film stiffness of open quantitative static pressure pad on oil supply flow,load and material characteristics was analyzed.The calculation results were compared with the analysis results without considering the fluid-solid coupling characteristics.The results show that the oil film stiffness considering the fluid-solid coupling characteristics decreases more severely than the oil film stiffness without considering the fluid-solid coupling characteristics under the same oil supply flow rate.Therefore,the effect of fluid-solid coupling characteristics on the stiffness of oil film cannot be ignored.
