降低PE燃气管水平定向钻回拖拉力的方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对水平定向钻穿越工程,介绍PE燃气管允许回拖拉力的计算方法。介绍钻机计算拉力的计算方法及降低钻机回拖拉力的途径,结合PE燃气管允许回拖拉力的计算结果,计算穿越段长度。采用CJJ/T 250-2016《城镇燃气管道穿跨越工程技术规程》提供的计算方法计算PE燃气管允许回拖拉力。降低钻机回拖拉力的途径为减小摩擦力、适当缩短穿越段长度、降低泥浆黏滞力、控制不可预见力。 Aiming at the horizontal directional drilling crossing project,the calculation method of allowable pull-back tension of PE gas pipe is introduced.The calculation method of the maximum pull-back tension of the drilling rig and the ways of reducing the pull-back tension of the drilling rig are introduced.Combined with the calculation results of allowable pull-back tension of PE gas pipe,the length of the crossing section is calculated.The calculation method provided by Technical Specification for Crossing and Aerial Crossing Engineering of City Gas Pipeline(CJJ/T 250–2016)is used to calculate the allowable pull-back tension of PE gas pipe.The ways of reducing the pullback tension of the drilling rig are to reduce friction,shorten the length of the crossing section appropriately,reduce mud viscosity and control the unpredictability.
