摘要
农林经济管理专业学生对专业的认同度不仅决定其学习兴趣和动力、影响专业持续发展,还关系到我国乡村经济社会发展所需人才的培养质量。以石河子大学为例,基于对农林经济管理专业134名本科生的调查,从专业认知、课程安排和考核、专业教学、教学中能力培养、未来规划和就业等方面,对学生专业认同度进行了系统分析,研究发现:学生对专业的认同度总体还不高,且在各年级学生中表现出一定差异,其原因涉及高考志愿填报、课程设置和时间安排、就业意向、发展目标等多个方面。为进一步提升学生专业认同度,应着力强化招生宣传,抓好入学教育,优化课程体系,加强实践教学,改善就业环境等。
The recognition degree of students majoring in agriculture and forestry economic management not only determines their interest and motivation in learning,but also affects the sustainable development of the major,and also further relates to the training quality of talents needed for the development of rural economy and society in China.Taking Shihezi University as an example,based on a survey of 134 undergraduates majoring in agricultural and forestry economic management,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the students'professional identity from such aspects as professional cognition,curriculum arrangement and assessment,professional teaching,ability training in teaching,future planning and employment,etc.It is found that students'recognition of major is not high on the whole,and there are some differences among students of different grades.The reasons for these issues include college entrance examination application,curriculum setting and time arrangement,employment intention,development goal,etc.In order to further improve students'professional identity,we should strengthen enrollment publicity,carry out a good job in enrollment education,optimize the curriculum system,strengthen practical teaching,and improve the employment environment.
