摘要
目的统计镜诊疗中心医务人员职业认同情况,为后期相关工作提供参考。方法2018年4月—2019年3月,以在吉林市中心医院等多所医院内镜诊疗中心工作的139名医务人员为对象,以职业认同量表为标准,统计医务人员的认同情况。并从医务人员的年龄、学历、职称和医院等级等几方面,对统计结果进行分析。结果年龄>45岁、硕士学历、高级职称和三甲医院内镜中心医务人员的职业认同情况最好。年龄<30岁、专科和博士学历、初级职称和三甲级以下医院内镜中心医务人员的职业认同情况较差。结论根据该次统计结果,对年龄<30岁和专科学历等医务人员,有必要开展职业认同的相关培训,以提高其职业认同感。
Objective To identify the occupational identity of medical staff in the statistical diagnosis and treatment center,provide reference for related work in the later stage.Methods From April 2018 to March 2019,work in the endoscopy clinics of many hospitals such as Jilin Central Hospital.A total of 139 medical staff were used to measure the identity of medical staff based on the professional identity scale.The statistical results were analyzed from the age,education,professional title and hospital grade of the medical staff.Results The age of>45 years old,master's degree,senior professional title and the occupation recognition of the medical staff of the endoscopy center of the top three hospitals was the best.The occupational identity of medical staff at the endoscopy center of the age<30 years old,specialist and doctoral degree,junior professional title and hospitals below the third grade was poor.Conclusion According to the results of this survey,for medical staff aged<30 and undergraduate,it was necessary to carry out relevant training on professional identity to enhance their professional identity.
