摘要
采用环境测试舱、热脱附仪(ATD)和气相色谱/质谱(GC/MS)联用技术,对不同皮革产品中释放的多种挥发性有机物(VOCs)进行测试。不同皮革产品中挥发性有机物组分差别较大,但均有甲苯成分,总挥发性有机物(TVOC)在(38~277.0)μg/m^3之间。分析了检测过程中引入不确定度的来源,并对各不确定度分量进行计算,得出测量重复性对甲苯测试结果不确定度的贡献最大。
Various volatile organic compounds(VOCs)released from different leather products were tested by environmental test chamber,thermal desorption device(ATD)and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS).The volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in different leather products are quite different.They all contain toluene.The total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)are between(38~277.0)μg/m^3.The sources of uncertainty introduced in the detection process were analyzed,and the uncertainty components were calculated.It is concluded that the measurement repeatability contributes most to the uncertainty of toluene test results.
