水分胁迫对梨枣光合特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用盆栽实验探究土壤含水量分别为田间持水量的80%~85%、70%~75%、40%~45%条件下,对梨枣光响应特征的影响。通过对梨枣光响应曲线的拟合分析,并利用非直角双曲线模型计算不同水分条件下梨枣的光响应特征参数。结果表明:不同水分条件下梨枣光响应曲线的变化趋势基本保持一致,即随着光合有效辐射的不断增大,梨枣叶片的净光合速率先上升后逐渐趋于平缓;经计算后发现梨枣叶片的各项光合生理参数随水分胁迫的加剧发生显著性变化,梨枣的最大净光合速率(P n max)、光饱和点(LSP)逐渐减少,暗呼吸速率(R d)和光补偿点(LCP)逐渐升高。说明水分胁迫降低梨枣的净光合速率,影响光合作用过程,轻度水分胁迫条件下更有利于梨枣进行光合作用,提高光能利用效率,增加有机产物的积累。 In this paper,the pot experiment was used to investigate the effect of soil water content on the light response characteristics of three-year-old pear jujube under the conditions of 80%~85%,70%~75%,and 40%~45%of the field water holding capacity.The fitting analysis of the three-year-old pear light response curve and the use of non-right angle hyperbolic model to calculate the light response characteristic parameters of pear jujube under different water conditions.The results showed that the variation trend of light response curves of pear jujube under different water conditions remained basically the same,with the increase of photosynthetic effective radiation,the net photosynthetic rate of pear leaves first rose and then gradually became flat;After calculation,it was found that the photosynthetic physiological parameters of pear jujube leaves significantly changed with the intensification of water stress.The maximum net photosynthetic rate(P n max)and light saturation point(LSP)of pear jujube gradually decreased,The dark respiration rate(R d)and light compensation point(LCP)gradually increased.The results showed that water stress reduced the net photosynthetic rate of pear jujube,which affected the photosynthesis process.Mild water stress conditions are more conducive to photosynthesis of pear jujube,Improving the utilization efficiency of light energy and increasing the accumulation of organic products.
