摘要
绿色建筑的生命周期成本在可持续建筑的背景下获得了相当大的关注.然而,生命周期成本在建筑行业的应用仍然有限并且面临实际问题,对生命周期成本计算方法和应用还缺少理解.介绍了如何对绿色建筑进行生命周期成本分析,并说明如何识别生命周期成本变量.在这项研究中发现,调查绿色建筑的未来成本为其初始设计和建造成本的多倍,研究还指出绿色能耗降低建筑是降低其总生命周期成本的最有影响力的因素.
The life cycle costing of green buildings gains great attention particularly under the background of sustainable construction.However,the life cycle costing in the construction sectors is still limitedly applied and faced with practical problems.There is still a lack of understanding of life cycle costing methods and applications.This paper describes how to perform life cycle costing analysis on green buildings and how to identify life cycle cost variables.This study found that investigating the future cost of green buildings is many times the initial design and construction costs.The study also mentions that green energy reduction buildings are the most influential factor in reducing their total life cycle costs.
