摘要
磁力驱动离心泵由于其独有的无轴封、无泄漏等特点,常用于输送易燃、易爆、有毒有害的特殊介质,越来越广泛的应用于石油化工、航空航天和军工等领域。本文介绍了磁力驱动离心泵的国内外发展概况,对磁力驱动离心泵的内部流场、磁力联轴器、冷却回路、轴向力和径向力、运行状态监控的研究情况进行了总结,并指出了磁力驱动离心泵的发展趋势。
Due to its unique shaftless seal and no leakage,the magnetically driven centrifugal pump is often used to transport flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful special media,and is widely used in petrochemical,aerospace and military industries. In this paper,the development of magnetic driven centrifugal pump at home and abroad is briefly described. The research on the internal flow field,magnetic coupling,cooling circuit,axial force,radial force and operation state monitoring of magnetic driven centrifugal pump is summarized,and the development trend of magnetic driven centrifugal pump is pointed out.
