摘要
振动影响着摩托车的行驶平顺性和驾乘舒适性,针对某250cc单缸风冷摩托车的振动问题,采用仿真分析技术,结合主观评价与客观测试方法,对摩托车车架进行了优化设计。结果表明:采用该方法,对摩托车振动问题能有效进行分析并提出对策方案,为该类问题的分析和对策提供了思路。
Vibration affects the comfort of riding and driving motorcycles. Targeting on the vibration problems appears on a 250 cc single-cylinder air-cooled motorcycle,the design of motorcycle frame can by optimized by using simulation analysis technique,as well as combining subjective evaluation with objective test methods. The test shows that by using this method,it can analyze the vibration problem of motorcycles and propose countermeasures effectively,and provided ideas for analysis and countermeasures of such problems in return.
