摘要
①目的探讨双黄菟葛方配合针刺穴位对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠的治疗作用。②方法大鼠高糖高脂饲料喂养4周后,腹腔注射35 mg/kg链脲佐菌素建立T2DM大鼠模型,并随机分为糖尿病模型组、二甲双胍组[二甲双胍90 mg/(kg·d)灌胃]、双黄菟葛方组[双黄菟葛汤500mg/(kg·d)灌胃],双黄菟葛方结合针刺穴位组[双黄菟葛汤500mg/(kg·d)灌胃并针刺脾俞、足三里]。持续给药30天后测空腹血糖(FBG)、随机血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、糖化血清蛋白、C肽、C反应蛋白(CRP)、游离脂肪酸(NFFA),并观察胰腺组织形态。③结果与糖尿病模型组比较,双黄菟葛方配合针刺穴位能显著降低CRP、HbA1c、糖化血清蛋白、NFFA及FBG、随机血糖的水平,显著升高C肽含量,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④结论双黄菟葛方配合针刺穴位能有效地调节T2DM模型大鼠的血糖,促进C肽分泌,改善糖代谢。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shuanghuangtuge prescription combined with acupuncture in type 2 diabetes(T2DM)rats.Methods After 4 weeks of high sucrose-fat diet feed in rats,T2DM model was established by injection of 35 mg/kg streptozocin(STZ)in the abdominal cavity.Rats were randomly divided into:Model group,Metformin group[stomach 90 mg/(kg·d)],Shuanghuangtuge prescription group[stomach 500 mg/(kg·d)],Acupuncture group(pishu,zusanli)and Shuanghuangtuge prescription group combined with acupuncture group[stomach 500 mg/(kg·d)pishu,zusanli].After continuous treat of 30d,fasting blood glucose(FBG),randomy blood glucose,hemoglobin alc,glycosylated serum protein,C-peptide,crp,NEFA,and pancreatic morphology.Results Compared with the Model group,Shuanghuang tuge prescription combined with acupuncture could significantly reduce the levels of crp,hemoglobin alc,glycosylated serum protein,NEFA and fasting blood glucose(FBG),random blood glucose(P<0.05),significantly increase the content of C-peptide(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuanghuangtuge prescription combined with acupuncture can effectively regulate blood glucose,promote C-peptide secretion and improve sugar metabolism in type 2 diabetic rats.
