冷疗在微波消融治疗甲状腺结节术后疼痛中的临床效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察冷疗对微波消融治疗甲状腺结节术后患者疼痛的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2019年5月在本院采取微波消融治疗甲状腺结节患者112例,按照随机化原则分为干预组和对照组,前者给予冰袋冷敷治疗,后者予单纯止痛药治疗,比较两组治疗后疼痛缓解及平均住院时间情况。结果两组治疗前疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);相对治疗前,干预组及对照组疼痛评分均下降(t=9.113、8.691,均P<0.05);干预组疼痛评分下降程度较对照组疼痛下降程度高[(5.66±0.35)比(3.77±0.41)],差异有统计学意义(t=7.562,P<0.05);干预组疼痛消失时间及平均住院时间均短于对照组[(3.24±0.18)d比(5.37±0.23)d、(6.17±1.13)d比(8.25±1.02)d],差异有统计学意义(t=7.035、9.381,均P<0.05)。结论冷疗不仅缓解微波消融治疗甲状腺结节术后疼痛,还可以缩短术后疼痛时间及住院时间,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the efficacy of cold therapy in the treatment of pain in patients with thyroid nodules after microwave ablation.Methods 112 patients with thyroid nodules were treated by microwave ablation in our hospital from March,2016 to May,2019,and were divided into an intervention group and a control group according to the randomized principle.The former was given cold compress treatment,and the latter conventional medicine treatment.The pain relief and average length of hospitalization between two groups were compared.Results There was no statistical difference in pain score before the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score decreased in both groups after the treatment(t=9.113 and 8.691;both P<0.05).The degree of pain score decrease in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group[(5.66±0.35)vs.(3.77±0.41)],with a statistical difference(t=7.562,P<0.05).The time for the disappearance of pain and the average length of hospitalization were shorter in the intervention group than in the control group[(3.24±0.18)days vs.(5.37±0.23)days and(6.17±1.13)days vs.(8.25±1.02)days],with statistical differences(t=7.035 and 9.381;both P<0.05).Conclusion Cold therapy can not only relieve the postoperative pain of thyroid nodules,also shorten the postoperative pain time and length of hospitalization.
