沥青搅拌设备粉料称量斗结构形式及标定方法探究

摘要 文章分别就间歇式和连续式沥青搅拌设备的粉料称量斗结构形式及标定进行对比分析,对增量称与减量称从传感器选型、工作原理、称量斗结构形式、相应的标定方法及标定过程中需注意的问题进行了介绍,指出选型合理、规范安装、正确使用才能确保称重系统正常工作。 In this paper, the structure and calibration of powder weighing hopper of intermittent and continuous asphalt mixing equipment are compared and analyzed. It introduces the selection and working principle of incremental weighing and decrement weighing sensors, the structure form of weighing hopper, the corresponding calibration method and the problems needing attention in the calibration process. It is pointed out that reasonable selection, standard installation and correct use can ensure the normal operation of weighing system.
