摘要 为了改善原液着色特黑缝纫线生产工艺中存在的问题,寻求稳定优异的强后纺生产工艺,提升原液着色特黑缝纫线产品的生产稳定性,提高短纤单纤强度,从而稳定生产高品质的原液着色特黑涤纶短纤维产品。先后经过对原液着色特黑涤纶短纤维产品生产的全过程研究和总结,从熔体工艺指标开始着手,通过对熔体黏度、母粒黏度、母粒添加量等进行改进并试验,结合试验数据和检测分析结果看,提升熔体和母粒黏度,保证纺丝熔体黏度在0.600~0.610 dL/g对特黑缝纫线用涤纶短纤维产品的生产稳定性较为合适;适当调高纺丝温度约5℃对纺丝的运行改善有非常大的帮助。 In order to improve the existing problems in the production process of dope dyed black sewing thread,seek a stable and excellent high strength subsequent melt drawing production process,improve the production stability of dope dyed black sewing thread,and improve the strength of single staple fiber,so as to stabilize the production of high-quality dope dyed black polyester staple fiber.After researching and summarizing the entire process of producing dope dyed black polyester staple fiber products,starting from the melt process index,the melt viscosity,masterbatch viscosity,and masterbatch addition amount were improved and tested.Seen from test data and test analysis results,improving the melt and masterbatch viscosity,and ensuring the melt viscosity of the spinning melt between 0.600 dL/g and 0.610 dL/g is suitable for the production stability of black polyester staple fiber for sewing threads.To adjust appropriately a high spinning temperature of about 5℃is very helpful for the improvement of spinning operation.
