摘要
为了解云南重楼叶部病害,对云南重楼叶病斑处进行寄生真菌的初步分离,并对其进行形态学鉴定和分子生物学鉴定。经过分离获得19株形态各异的菌落,其中9株为附球菌属、7株为交链孢属、2株为黑团孢属、1株粉红单端孢菌。结果可为研究云南重楼病害的病原鉴定及其发生规律和防治方法等提供技术参数,为探索云重楼种植技术提供基础。
To understand the leaf diseases of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis, the parasitic fungi were isolated from the leaf lesions of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensi, and identified by morphology and molecular biology. 19 colonies with different morphology were isolated, of which 9 were Epicoccum, 7 were Alternatia, 2 were Periconia and 1 was Trichothecium roseum. These findings could provide technical parameters for the pathogen identification, occurrence regularity and control methods of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensi, and a basis for exploring better planting technology of P. polyphylla var. yunnanensi.
