摘要
为了解决突发性急性中毒事件的数据采集和数据处理问题,提出了构建突发性中毒事件信息管理平台的设想。构建的信息平台将逐步收集急性中毒患者的基础信息,提取中毒分类、血常规、生化、凝血、血气分析、毒性特异性检测、诊疗方法选择、血液净化等患者信息;信息平台的建立将实现不同地域急性中毒事件的快速采集、报告、信息共享、统计分析和决策支持,为后期的数据统计分析和数据挖掘奠定基础。
In order to solve the problem of data acquisition and data processing of sudden acute poisoning events, the idea of building an information management platform for sudden acute poisoning events was put forward. The information platform constructed collects the basic information of acute poisoning patients, extracts the information of poisoning classification, blood routine, biochemistry, coagulation, blood gas analysis, toxicity specificity detection, selection of diagnosis and treatment methods, blood purification and other patients, and establishes the information platform of acute poisoning patients. The establishment of information platform will realize the rapid collection, reporting, information sharing, statistical analysis and decision support of acute poisoning incidents in different areas. It is conducive to data statistical analysis and data mining in the future.
