摘要
随着医疗体制的改革,医疗耗材在现代医疗中的作用越来越突出,借助信息化手段提升医疗耗材的管理水平,降低医院成本、提升工作效率已经成为医院管理的重点和难点。深入剖析了医院医疗耗材管理存在的问题及其产生的原因,并以解放军第九八八医院医疗耗材管理平台为实例,对基于智慧供应链体系的医院耗材管理模式进行了探索。
As the reform of medical health system, medical consumable is playing a more and more important role in modern healthcare. It has been a focal and difficult point to promote the management level of medical consumable, lower hospital cost and promote work efficiency with the help of information method. This article goes deep into the open questions of medical consumable management and their reasons, and takes the medical consumable management platform of our hospital as a living example to explore the management pattern of medical consumable based on intelligent supply chain.
