摘要
共同物流参与主体间的风险分担机制是共同物流商业模式稳健运行的一个关键问题.共同物流主体间的合作风险包括道德风险、管理风险、运作风险以及信用风险,在四类风险结构分析的基础上,构建共同物流商业模式合作风险评价指标体系,采用截尾平均数表示专家评估风险损失值的Shapley值法,以利用熵权法进行Shapley值修正,构建共同物流商业模式合作风险分担模型,通过实例分析验证模型,给出共同物流商业模式合作风险分担机制的优化路径.
The risk sharing mechanism among the joint logistics participants is a key problem in the steady operation of the joint logistics business model.The joint logistics cooperation risks between the main participants including moral risk,management risk,operation risk and credit risk.On the basis of the structural analysis of these four kinds of risks,this paper constructs the cooperative risk evaluation index system of joint logistics business model.The Shapley value method that using truncated mean to represent the risk loss value evaluated by experts was adopted to avoid the subjective error.Shapley value correction was carried out by using entropy weight method,and a cooperative risk sharing model of joint logistics business model was built,which was verified by simulation analysis.Finally,the optimal path of cooperative risk sharing mechanism of joint logistics business model is given.
