基于四阶段DEA模型的中国绿色发展效率评价 被引量:15

摘要 采用我国2012-2016年30个省份的数据,构建四阶段DEA模型,测算我国2012-2016年30个省份的绿色经济发展效率,同时借用Tobit模型对绿色经济发展效率的影响因素进行分析,最后利用均值聚类分析和Malmquist指数对绿色经济发展效率进行分类。结果表明,从全国范围来看,只有北京、上海、江苏、广东、青海五省绿色发展处于中国领先水平;从均值聚类分析的结果来看,绿色经济发展效率较高的省份共有14个,其中属于我国中西部地区的省份有5个,绿色经济发展效率较低的省份仍然处于西部地区,而且中西部省份仅占绿色经济发展效率较高省份的35%,远低于东部地区省份所占比重;通过Malmquist指数分析,对中国绿色经济发展效率进行动态纵向评价,中国绿色经济发展效率总体处于每年增长态势,但逐渐放缓。 This paper uses the data of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2016 to build a four-stage DEA model,and measures the green economic development efficiency of 30 provinces in China from 2012 to 2016.At the same time,it uses Tobit model to analyze the influencing factors of green economic development efficiency.Finally,it uses mean clustering analysis and Malmquist index to classify the green economic development efficiency.The results show that only Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Guangdong and Qinghai are at the leading level of green development in China in terms of national scope;from the results of mean cluster analysis,there are 14 provinces with high efficiency of green economic development,including 5 provinces from central and western China,and the provinces with low efficiency of green economic development are still in the western region.The central and western provinces only account for 35%of the provinces with high green economic development efficiency,which is far lower than the proportion of the eastern provinces.Through Malmquist index analysis,the dynamic and vertical evaluation of China’s green economic development efficiency is carried out.Generally speaking,China’s green economic development efficiency is in the trend of annual growth,but gradually slows down.
