摘要
随着我国电力传输技术的发展,高度集成的组合电器得到广泛应用。与一次本体的集成化小型化相比,传统的汇控柜与一次开关本体之间仍然存在数量庞大的电缆,不同厂家的汇控柜内的一次回路和二次智能设备原理相同,接口各异,存在可靠性低,设计、施工调试、运维效率低下等问题。通过引入智能化的联闭锁,消除影响回路标准化的关键因素,制定汇控柜与一次本体间的电缆标准和规范、汇控柜二次智能设备的接口标准和规范,进行一二次设备的模块化组装,能够大大提高变电站的工作效率与质量,提高变电站的运行维护水平。由此,设计了一种组合电器智能汇控柜和开关智能接口盒,介绍了智能汇控柜应用于实际的优点。相比于传统的组合开关设备,该设计方案大大减少了二次电缆芯数、降低了各个环节的人力投入,提高了变电站的可靠性和安全性。
With the development of power grid in China,highly integrated gas insulation switches(GIS) have been widely applied.Compared with the integration and miniaturization of primary equipment,there are still a large number of cables between the control cabinet and the primary circuit.The primary circuits and secondary control cabinets from different manufacturers have the same principle,but different interfaces,and is low reliability,low efficiency in design,construction and commissioning,operation and maintenance.By introducing intelligent interlock,eliminating the key factors affecting circuit standardization,cable standards and specifications between control cabinet and primary circuit are established,the work efficiency and quality of substation can be greatly improved.Therefore,A kind of intelligent control cabinet and intelligent interlocking module for GIS is designed,and introduces the advantages of intelligent control cabinet in practice.Compared with the traditional switchgears,the design greatly reduces the number of secondary cables,reduces the manpower for each link,and improves the reliability and security of substation.
