摘要
针对矿用主通信线缆组件的制作工艺,着力提高其可靠性。从产品的需求特点出发,分析其制作工艺中的关键技术点,通过关键技术点的实施实现线缆组件的抗振、防护和抗拖拽性能,并对关键技术点的实施提出了控制建议。研究成果可以为矿用通信线缆组件的开发、选用和制作提供参考,启发更深入的研究。
To improve the reliability of the main communication cable assembly of mine.Based on the demand characteristics of the product,the key technical points in the production process are analyzed,and the anti-vibration,protection and anti-drag performance of the cable assembly is realized through the implementation of the key technical points,and the control suggestions for the implementation of the key technical points are proposed.The study can provide references for the development,selection and production of communication cable components for mining,and inspire further research.
