摘要
黄麻纤维存在粗硬、色黄、伸长短和可纺性差等不足。首先对雨露沤麻后的黄麻纤维进行精细化加工和柔软化处理,即经过碱处理,牵切工艺(隔距38 mm),梳棉试样机开松工艺(2次)和三元共聚硅油柔软养生处理;再将处理后的黄麻纤维与涤纶短纤维、天丝纤维在棉纺设备上混纺,成功实现了20 tex涤纶/黄麻/天丝55/30/15混纺纱的纺制。拟定出了各道工序的纺纱工艺参数及配置,并测试了该混纺纱的物理性能。结果表明:混纺纱断裂强度可达/tex,条干CV值达19.3%,成纱质量良好,混纺纱表面较为光洁,条干均匀,可显著提升黄麻纤维的附加值,并为后续织造奠定基础。
Jute fiber has the shortcomings on hard handle,color yellow,stretched length and poor spin-ability.Firstly,the jute fiberswhich come from rain and dew are disposed by fining processes and softening treatment through alkali treatment and stretch-breaking process(gauge with 38 mm),an opening process with carding machine(twice),and treatment with temary polymerization oil.It is successfully spunon the cotton spinning equipment to realize the spinning of 20 tex 55/30/15 polyester/jute/tencel blended yarn.The results show that thefracture strength can reach 11.9 cN/tex,the yarn evenness of CV value can reach 19.3%,the yarn quality is good,the yarn evenness isbalanced and the surface of the blended yarn is relatively smooth,which can lay a foundation for subsequent weaving and improve theaddedK-veayl uweo orfd jsute fiber.
