改性SBA-15固载离子液体催化剂的制备与性能 被引量:2

Preparation and properties of modified SBA-15 immobilized ionic liquid catalyst

摘要 采用金属铝改性分子筛SBA-15,并将改性后的分子筛Al-SBA-15与复合离子液体[BMIM][Zn2Br5]反应制备固载化离子液体催化剂Al-SBA-15-[BMIM][Zn2Br5]。利用傅里叶红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和电镜扫描仪对该催化剂的结构、热性能及表观形貌进行测试,并研究其催化环氧丙烷与二氧化碳合成碳酸丙烯酯的性能。结果表明,制备的固载化催化剂Al-SBA-15-[BMIM][Zn2Br5]是目标产物,实现了离子液体的相态转变,并在温和的条件下高效地完成了催化过程,该催化剂活性高、选择性好。当催化温度为90℃、压力为2.0 MPa、催化剂质量分数为2.5%时,环氧丙烷转化率和产物选择性分别为93.9%和97.4%。 Firstly,molecular sieve SBA-15 is modified into Al-SBA-15 by alumina.Then,Al-SBA-15 is reacted with the composite ionic liquid[BMIM][Zn2Br5]to prepare an immobilized ionic liquid catalyst Al-SBA-15-[BMIM][Zn2Br5].The structure,thermal properties and apparent morphology of the catalyst are tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analyzer and electron microscopy scanner.Its catalytic performance is evaluated through the synthesis of propylene carbonate from propylene oxide and carbon dioxide.The results show that the prepared immobilized catalyst Al-SBA-15-[BMIM][Zn2Br5]is just the target product,which has achieved the phase transition of ionic liquid and completed the catalytic process efficiently under mild conditions,showing a high activity and a good selectivity.When the catalytic temperature is set at 90℃,the pressure is 2.0 MPa and the amount of catalyst is 2.5%,the conversion and the selectivity of propylene oxide are 93.9%and 97.4%,respectively.After the catalyst has been used for 6 cycles,the conversion and selectivity still exceed 90%.
