摘要
习近平总书记对高校思想政治教育寄予了厚望,而当下"千人一面"的教育模式不利于农村大学生群体的健康成长和全面发展,存在着针对性不强、方向性不明、实效性欠佳等问题,将积极心理学的积极教育理念、积极人格培养、积极情绪体验和积极环境氛围应用于农村大学生思想政治教育中,从理念、内容、机制上进行创新,有利于农村大学生优秀品质与积极力量的发掘和培育,有助于对农村大学生思想政治教育人文关怀和实效性的提升。
It is well-known that General Secretary Xi Jinping has great expectations for ideological and political education in colleges.The current "one-thousand-one-side" education model is not conducive to the healthy growth and overall development of College students from rural areas because there are some problems such as lack of pertinence,unclear direction and poor effectiveness.Therefore,it is necessary to apply the positive psychology into rural students’ ideological and political education and innovate the concept,content and mechanism.The purpose is to cultivate rural students’ qualities and enhance effectiveness of ideological and political education.
