摘要
采用微絮凝-曝气-超滤组合工艺处理地表天然水体,硫酸铝作为混凝剂,研究曝气量对该工艺膜污染的影响。实验发现,当曝气量为20 mL/min时,生成的滤饼层达到2.9μm,随着气体的引入,冲刷及扰动作用可以有效抑制滤饼层的形成,装置在60 mL/min的曝气量作用下,超滤膜的跨膜压差增长速率最低,超滤膜的过滤性能最好。当曝气量超过60 mL/min时,膜污染加剧,微絮凝生成的絮体被气泡打碎,絮体分形维数增大,生成的滤饼层更加密实,絮体破碎释放的有机物加重膜孔堵塞。因此,选择合适的曝气量对缓解膜污染至关重要。
The surface natural water was treated by inline coagulation-aeration-ultrafiltration,and aluminum sulfate was selected as the coagulant.The effects of aeration on membrane fouling were studied.It was found that when the aeration was 20 mL/min,the sediment reached 2.9μm.With the introduction of gas,scouring and perturbation can effectively inhibit the formation of the sediment.Under the action of aeration of 60 mL/min,the growth rate of the transmembrane pressure difference of the ultrafiltration membrane was the lowest,and the filtration performance of the ultrafiltration membrane was the best.When the aeration volume exceeds 60 mL/min,the membrane pollution becomes more serious.At this time,the flocs generated by inline coagulation will be broken by bubbles,the fractal dimension of flocs will increase,the sediment generated will be more dense,and the organic matter released by flocs fragmentation will aggravate the blockage of membrane pore.Therefore,it is very important to choose the right amount of aeration to alleviate the membrane pollution.
