摘要
结合现有掘进机电控系统的结构组成,深入分析了其使用过程中存在的故障问题,从改进电气控制箱、增加联锁功能等方面,对电控系统开展了优化改进研究,并在某煤矿中的掘进机电控系统进行现场调试应用。结果表明:改进后的电控系统各项功能更加齐全,控制精度更高,运行更加稳定、安全,整体开机率提高了30%,设备在电气方面的故障率明显降低。
Combined with the structure and composition of the electronic control system of the roadheader,the fault problems existing in the course of its use are deeply analyzed,and the optimization and improvement of the electronic control system is carried out from the aspects of the improvement of the electric control box and the increase of the interlocking function,and the field debugging and application of the electronic control system of the roadheader is carried out.The results show that the improved electronic control system has more complete functions,higher control accuracy,more stable operation,safer operation,a 30%increase in the overall operating rate,and a significant reduction in the electrical failure rate of the equipment.
