摘要
阐述了深井长轴多级泵的原理、工作过程和结构,总结了长轴多级泵在维护、拆卸、检查与组装及安装时应注意的方法、事项等,分析总结出长轴多级泵在实际工作过程中经常发生的问题,并针对问题提出相应解决的方法。装配检修后的多级泵具有优良的运行状态,使各个部件磨损达到最小,从而延长了长轴多级立式泵的使用寿命,提高工作的稳定性。
This paper expounds the principle,working process and structure of long shaft multistage pump in deep well,summarizes the methods and matters that should be paid attention to in maintenance,disassembly,inspection and assembly and installation of long shaft multistage pump,analyzes and summarizes the problems that often occur in the actual working process of long shaft multistage pump,and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems.The multistage pump after assembly and overhaul has excellent operation state,and the wear of each component will reach the minimum,thus prolonging the service life of the long shaft multistage vertical pump and improving the stability of the work.
