Analysis of micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 1122 cases of Radiology workers for medical applications in Guangx

摘要 目的分析医学应用放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核率,了解长期小剂量电离辐射对遗传物质的影响,为放射防护工作提供依据。方法收集1122例从事医学放射性工作人员的临床资料,以298例上岗前健康体检人员做为对照组,分析研究对象外周血淋巴细胞微核情况。结果医学应用放射工作人员外周血淋巴细胞微核异常检出率为0.8%,与对照组相比,医学应用组的外周血淋巴细胞微核和微核细胞检出率具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而各类医学应用组内比较,细胞微核和微核细胞检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。工龄>20年的工作人员其细胞微核和微核细胞检出率与工龄<10年及10-20年相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);工龄<10年和10-20年相比,其细胞微核和微核细胞检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期小剂量照射对放射工作人员健康状况有一定的影响,应加强防护培训提高个人防护意识,并改善防护设施,定期进行职业健康监护。 Objective:To analyze the micronucleus rate of peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiological workers,and to understand the effects of long-term low-dose ionizing radiation on genetic material,so as to provide a basis for radiation protection.Methods:Clinical data of 1122 cases of medical radiological workers were collected,and 298 cases of pre-job physical examination personnel were used as the control group to analyze the situation of micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of the subjects.Results:The detection rate of abnormal micronucleus in peripheral blood lymphocytes of radiological workers was 0.8%.Compared with the control group,the detection rates of peripheral blood lymphocyte micronucleus and micronucleus cells in the medical application group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rates of micronucleus and micronucleus cells between different medical application groups(P>0.05).The detection rates of micronucleus and micronucleus cells in workers with>20 years of service were statistically significant compared with those with less than 10 years and 10-20 years of service(P<0.05).When the length of service was less than 10 years and 10-20 years,there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rates of micronucleus and micronucleus cells(P>0.05).Conclusion:Long-term low-dose irradiation has a certain impact on the health status of radiation workers.It is necessary to strengthen protection training,enhance personal protection awareness,improve protection facilities,and carry out regular physical examination and monitoring.
