摘要
目的:探讨应用处方前置审核系统对门诊处方进行审核的效果。方法:将2017年6月至2019年1月期间江苏省泰州市第四人民医院门诊开具的4000张处方作为研究对象。自2018年6月起,该院使用处方前置审核系统对门诊处方进行审核。将2017年6月至2018年1月期间该院门诊开具的处方设为对照组(n=2000),将2018年6月至2019年1月期间该院门诊开具的处方设为观察组(n=2000)。比较两组门诊处方的合格率及其中存在不合理用药的情况。结果:与对照组门诊处方相比,观察组门诊处方的合格率更高,其中存在诊断与用药不符、药品名称不规范、重复给药、用药不适宜、签名不规范、未按药品说明书给药、开具的药物药性相克、开具的药物性质相同或极为相似、未按规定为患者开具抗菌药物、为患者开具非必需高价药物情况的处方占比均更低,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:应用处方前置审核系统对门诊处方进行审核的效果显著,可有效提高门诊用药的合理性。
Objective:To explore the effect of prescription pre-examination system on the examination of outpatient prescriptions.Methods:4,000 prescriptions issued by the outpatient department of the fourth people’s hospital of taizhou city,jiangsu province between June 2017 and January 2019 were used as the study subjects.Since June 2018,the hospital has been using the pre-prescription review system to review outpatient prescriptions.The prescriptions issued by the outpatient department of the hospital from June 2017 to January 2018 were set as the control group(n=2000),and those issued by the outpatient department of the hospital from June 2018 to January 2019 were set as the observation group(n=2000).The acceptance rate of the two groups of outpatient prescriptions and the unreasonable use of drugs were compared.Results:compared with control group outpatient prescription,the observation group of outpatient prescription of qualified rate is higher,there are inconsistent diagnosis and drug use,drug name is not appropriate,repeated to drugs,medication,signature is not standard,not according to instructions given to the medicine,medicine medicinal drug properties of phase grams,issued the same or similar,not prescribe antibiotics for patients according to relevant regulations,prescribe high drug is not necessary for patients with proportion were lower,the difference is statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:the application of the prescription preaudit system has a significant effect on the examination of out patient prescription,and can effectively improve the rationality of outpatient medication.
