臭氧联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效 被引量:4

Clinical effect of ozone combined with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for vaginitis

摘要 目的探讨臭氧联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选取蕲春县妇幼保健院2017年12月-2018年12月收治的阴道炎患者114例,按照抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各57例。对照组给予硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予臭氧治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后阴道健康评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组阴道健康评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组阴道健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论臭氧联合硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床疗效确切,可缓解临床症状及体征,有利于促进患者早日康复。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of ozone combined with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for vaginitis.Methods A total of 114 cases of vaginitis patients were selected from December 2017 to December 2018 in Qichun County Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of drawing lots,57 cases each of group.The control group was treated with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules,the observation group was treated with ozone based on the control group,both groups were treated for 7 days.The clinical effect and vaginal health score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in vaginal health score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the observation group of the vaginal health score was higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ozone combined with nifuratel and nysfungin vaginal soft capsules for vaginitis is definite,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients and promote the early recovery of the patients.
