摘要
目的眼角注射A型肉毒毒素对眼袋整形术患者眼周美观的影响分析。方法选取我院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的140例眼周皮肤松弛患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。对照组行常规眼袋整形术治疗,观察组行注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗,对比两组治疗效果,包括外观满意度、鱼尾纹控制效果、眼袋控制效果、皮肤光泽度。结果观察组患者外观满意度为95.71%(67/70),对照组为84.29%(59/70),两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,χ2=10.668)。观察组鱼尾纹控制得分(7.2±1.1),眼袋控制得分(7.9±1.2),皮肤光泽度得分(8.2±0.7)。对照组鱼尾纹控制得分(5.8±0.7),眼袋控制得分(6.2±1.1),皮肤光泽度得分(7.0±0.6)。两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,t=12.124、14.263、11.695)。结论注射用A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术,可有效治疗眼周皮肤松弛,患者外观满意度高,鱼尾纹、眼袋以及皮肤光泽度情况也得以改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of botulinum toxin type A injection combined with eye bag plastic surgery in the treatment of ocular skin relaxation.Methods 140 patients with periocular skin relaxation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,70 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine pouch plastic surgery,while the observation group was treated with botulinum toxin A injection combined with pouch plastic surgery.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared,including appearance satisfaction,crow's tail pattern control,pouch control and skin gloss.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 95.71%(67/70)and 84.29%(59/70)in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05,X^2=10.668).In the observation group,the scores of crow's tail pattern control(7.2±1.1),eye bag control(7.9±1.2),and skin gloss(8.2±0.7)were obtained.In the control group,the scores of crow's tail pattern control(5.8±0.7),eye bag control(6.2±1.1)and skin gloss(7.0±0.6)were obtained.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05,t=12.124,14.263,11.695).Conclusion Botulinum toxin A injection combined with eye bag plastic surgery can effectively treat skin relaxation around eyes.The patients'appearance satisfaction is high.Fishtail lines,eye bags and skin gloss can also be improved.
