摘要 为了对广西某电站水利枢纽改、扩建爆破施工效果进行优化,控制及减弱爆破振动有害效应对周边民房及运行电站的影响。通过正交试验法对最大单段药量、排间延时时间、炮孔密集系数和起爆药包位置4个因素进行研究,以爆破振动峰值速度大小作为评判指标,利用现场试验结果作极差分析和显著性方差分析。结果表明:最大单段药量对试验结果影响最大,其次是排间延时时间,接着为起爆药包位置,影响最小的是炮孔密集系数。试验最终确定了降振效率最优的爆破参数,使爆破振动峰值速度相比于试验前降低了25.87%。 In order to optimize the blasting construction effect of a power station water conservancy project in Guangxi,the influence of harmful effects of blasting vibration on surrounding buildings and operating power stations is controlled and weakened.The orthogonal test method was used to test the maximum charge per delay interval,the delay time between rows,the blasthole density factor and the location of the detonation charge.The peak value of the blasting vibration was used as the evaluation index and the field test results were used to make the difference analysis and significant variance analysis.The results showed that the maximum charge per delay interval had the greatest impact on the test results,followed by the delay time between rows,followed by the location of the detonation charge,and the least affected was the blasthole density factor.The test finally determined the blasting parameters with the best vibration reduction efficiency,which reduced the peak speed of blasting vibration by 25.87%compared with that before the test.
