摘要
目的:分析克霉唑阴道片、克霉唑栓治疗念珠菌性阴道炎状况。方法:选取56例念珠菌性阴道炎患者分为两组,对照组28例患者克霉唑栓治疗,观察组28例患者在对照组基础上采用克霉唑阴道片治疗,分析两种治疗方式的结局。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗30d之后,观察组患者临床治疗总有效率依然高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者症状恢复时间、阴性消失时间、弱阳性时间及症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:为念珠菌性阴道炎患者予以克霉唑阴道片联合克霉唑栓治疗时可改善患者临床疗效,不良反应少。
Objective:To analyze the effect of clotrimazole vaginal tablet and clotrimazole suppository on candidal vaginitis.Methods:56 patients with candidal vaginitis were divided into two groups,28 patients in the control group were treated with clotrimazole suppository,28 patients in the observation group were treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets based on the control group,and two treatments were analyzed Way to the ending.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 30 days of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was still higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Negative disappearance time,weak positive time,and disappearance time of symptoms were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and clotrimazole suppositories can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with candidal vaginitis,with less adverse reactions.
