摘要
采用KOH法制备了吸附性能良好的板栗壳活性炭,探索了综合利用其制备价廉、质优活性炭的可能性.通过Plackett-Burman实验设计、Box-Behnken Design中心组合试验设计对KOH法制备板栗壳活性炭工艺进行优化.在前期运用单因素试验优化的基础上,利用Plackett-Burman试验设计筛选出活性炭制备中影响吸附的3个显著性因素:KOH浓度、浸渍比和渍时间.以Box-Behnken Design响应面法建立数学回归模型,确定了最佳活性炭制备工艺为:KOH浓度为4 mol·m^-3,浸渍比为1.5:1,浸渍时间为14 h.实测值与预测值吻合良好,由此可见该模型可较好地预测活性炭的吸附效果.
The experiment adopted KOH method to prepare the absorbent shell activated carbon,and explored the possibility of using it to make the cheap and high-quality activated carbon.Plackett-Burman design(PBD),and Box-Behnken design(BBD)were used to optimize the process of this experiment.Based on the optimization of single-factor test in the early stage,we used the Plackett-Burman design to screen out three key factors that affect adsorption in the preparation of activated carbon:KOH concentration,impregnation ratio and impregnation time.Based on the Box-Behnken Design response surface method,the mathematical regression model was established,and the optimum activated carbon preparation technology was activator concentration of KOH is 4mol.m-3,impregnation ratio is 1.5:1and impregnation time is 14 h.And predicted values coincide well with the measured values,thus the model can well predict the adsorption effect of active carbon.
