超声振动切削皮质骨切削力的仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 骨钻孔手术中过大的力和扭矩易造成钻头折断、骨组织损伤等问题.在普通钻削上加载超声振动,有助于改善手术效果.将钻削过程简化为二维正交切削,研究超声振动辅助切削机理,利用Abaqus建立皮质骨切削模型,对比分析了有无超声振动的切削力情况,通过正交试验研究不同参数对切削力的影响并建立预测模型.结果表明:在超声振动条件下切削力明显小于普通切削,且切削层厚度和振幅对切削力的影响较大,切削速度和频率影响较小,合理选用参数可以降低切削力. In bone drilling operation,excessive force and torque will easily lead to fracture of drill bit and bone tissue damage.Loading ultrasonic vibration on common drilling is helpful to improve the operation effect.The drilling process was simplified to two-dimensional orthogonal cutting.The mechanism of ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting was studied.A cortical bone cutting model was established by Abaqus.The cutting forces of ultrasonic vibration loaded or not were compared and analyzed.The effects of different parameters on cutting forces were studied by orthogonal experiments and the prediction model was.The results show that under the condition of ultrasonic vibration,the cutting force is obviously less than that of ordinary cutting,and the cutting layer thickness and amplitude have a great influence on the cutting force.Cutting speed and frequency have little influence.appropriate selection of parameters can reduce the cutting force.
