黔西南州1359例婴幼儿感染A群轮状病毒分析 被引量:5

An Analysis of 1 359 Infants Infected with Group A Rotavirus in Qianxinan Prefecture

摘要 目的探析A群轮状病毒致婴幼儿腹泻的相关性,为该地区婴幼儿腹泻的诊治及流行病学调查提供依据,为检测条件较差的基层医院提供参考。方法按照标准的粪便标本采集方法,收集来自本院2017年1月至12月1 359例婴幼儿腹泻的粪便标本,用胶体金方法进行A群轮状病毒抗原检测,并对阳性病例进行统计,分析A群轮状病毒感染婴幼儿与种族、性别、季节及年龄的相关性,并对结果进行流行病学特征分析。结果 1 359例婴幼儿腹泻感染A群轮状病毒阳性率为12.14%,其中以0岁、1岁及2岁婴幼儿感染率最高,分别为11.43%、32.43%及42.86%,各年龄阶段感染率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男童879例,感染100例,感染率为11.38%,女童480例,感染65例,感染率为13.54%,不同性别婴幼儿感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同季节婴幼儿感染率差异较大,以4月、11月及12月感染率最高,分别为25.26%、17.07%及17.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同种族以回族、壮族及土家族感染率最高,分别为21.88%、30.00%及25.00%,不同种族婴幼儿感染A群轮状病毒差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黔西南布依族苗族自治州A群轮状病毒感染以0~2岁婴幼儿发病率最高;不同性别婴幼儿感染差异无统计学意义;每年4月、11月及12月份的发病率最高。在不同季节、不同年龄段及不同种族的婴幼儿应分别对待,注意婴幼儿的生活习惯,加强手卫生及生活环境的管理,预防A群轮状病毒感染,保证儿童的健康成长。 Objective To explore the correlation between rotavirus A group and infantile diarrhea,so to provide a knowledge basis for diagnosis and treatment of infantile diarrhea and for future epidemiological investigation in this region,also provide a reference for community hospitals with poor testing conditions.Methods Specimen method was applied according to the standard of feces collected from our hospital from January to December of 2017.1 359 cases of infant diarrhea stool specimens were collected.We then used colloidal gold group A rotavirus antigen detection method to detect positive cases.The statistical analysis was conducted on results of group A rotavirus infection in infants and young children with factors of race,gender,season,and also the correlation of the age,so to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of results.Results The positive rate of group A rotavirus infection in 1 359 infants with diarrhea was 12.14%,among which the highest infection rates were 11.43%,32.43% and 42.86% in infants aged 0,1 and 2,respectively.The infection rate was 11.38% in 879 boys,and 13.54% in 480 girls with 65 cases(P>0.05).The infection rate in April,November and December were the highest(25.26%,17.07% and 17.09%,respectively),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among different ethnic groups,Hui,Zhuang and Tujia populations had the highest infection rates,which were 21.88%,30.00% and 25.00%,respectively.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in infants infected with group A rotavirus among different races.Conclusion The incidence of rotavirus infection in group A in Buyi and Miao autonomous prefecture of southwest Guizhou are highest in infants aged 0-2 years.There is no significant difference in infantile infection between different genders.The incidence is highest in April,November and December.In different seasons,different age groups and different RACES of infants and young children should be treated separately,attention should be paid to the living habits of infants and young children.We should strengthen the management of hand hygiene and living environment,to prevent rotavirus infection in group A,and ensure the healthy growth of children.
