摘要 目的:探究改良小切口手术联合罗哌卡因鞘内注射治疗腕管综合征的疗效及对波士顿(BCTQ)评分的影响.方法:2015年1月-2019年1月收治腕管综合征患者40例,按不同治疗方案分为两组各20例.常规组采取保守封闭疗法;治疗组采取改良小切口手术联合罗哌卡因鞘内注射治疗.比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及BCTQ评分.结果:治疗组治疗后VAS及BCTQ评分均显著低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:改良小切口手术联合罗哌卡因鞘内注射治疗腕管综合征疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,减轻疼痛程度. Objective:To explore the effect of modified small incision operation combined with ropivacaine intrathecal injection in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome and its influence for BCTQ score.Methods:From January 2015 to January 2019,40 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 20 cases in each group according to different treatment schemes.The conventional group was treated with conservative blocking therapy,and the treatment group was treated with modified small incision operation combined with ropivacaine intrathecal injection.We compared VAS score and BCTQ score before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of VAS and BCTQ in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified small incision operation combined with ropivacaine intrathecal injection in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome was significant,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the degree of pain.
