摘要
目的:探究重型精神疾病患者587例的社区管理与防治.方法:2018年2月-2019年1月收治重症精神疾病患者587例,均给予社区管理与防治,评估应用结果.结果:587例患者中,病情稳定478例(81.43%),轻度滋事46例(7.84%),发病住院63例(10.73%);生活质量评分均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:社区管理与防治对重症精神疾病患者治疗具有积极意义,可促进病情稳定,改善生活质量.
Objective:To explore the community management and prevention of 587 patients with severe psychiatric patients.Methods:From February 2018 to January 2019,587 severe psychiatric patients were treated,all of them were given community management and prevention,the application results were evaluated.Results:Of the 587 patients,478 cases(81.43%)were stable,46 cases(7.84%)had mild trouble and 63 cases(10.73%)were hospitalized.The quality of life scores were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community management and prevention have positive significance for the treatment of severe psychiatric patients,which can promote the stability of the disease and improve the quality of life.
