不同油棕品种维生素E含量测定及其与粗脂肪含量的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】测定4个单株年产油量较高油棕品种果肉中的维生素E含量,明确其与粗脂肪含量的相关性,为棕榈油品质的改良提供参考依据。【方法】以4个油棕品种(XJS30、SD60、SJ64和LS30)的新鲜果为试验材料,参考国家标准GB/T 2906—1982采用索氏提取法提取果肉粗脂肪,参考国家标准GB 5009.82—2016提取果肉维生素E,应用高效液相色谱法测定其含量与组分,并结合测定的粗脂肪含量,通过线性回归(Y=aX+b,其中Y为维生素E含量,X为粗脂肪含量)分析二者间的相关性。【结果】利用高效液相色谱法检测维生素E含量的线性关系良好,精密度高,维生素E的平均回收率高达98.93%;4个油棕品种果肉中均含有α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚和δ-生育酚4种异构体,品种间的维生素E含量排序为SJ64(724.83 mg/kg)>SD60(344.52 mg/kg)>XJS30(215.46 mg/kg)>LS30(159.13 mg/kg),变异范围为23.64%~44.16%;测定120份油棕果肉粗脂肪含量,并通过线性回归分析其与维生素E含量间的线性关系,证实油棕维生素E含量与粗脂肪含量呈正相关。【结论】在年产油量较高的4个油棕品种中,SJ64品种的果肉维生素E含量及粗脂肪含量均最高,且二者间呈正相关,该研究结果为棕榈油品质改良及油棕新品种培育提供了参考。 【Objective】The content of vitamin E and crude fat in the flesh of four oil palm varieties were determined,and the correlation between the content of vitamin E and palm crude fat was analyzed,which provided experimental basis for improvement of palm oil.【Method】According to the national standard of GB/T 2906—1982 with four varieties(XJS30,SD60,SJ64 and LS30)of oil palm as materials,the crude fat in fresh fruit was extracted by Soxhler extractor,and according to the national standard GB 5009.82—2016,the vitamin E was extracted and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography.The correlation between the contents of vitamin E and palm crude fat was analyzed by linear regression(Y=aX+b,where Y was the content of vitamin E and X was the content of palm crude).【Result】The content of vitamin E analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography showed good linear relationship,high precision and the average recovery rate of vitamin E was 98.93%.α-tocopherol,β-tocopherol,γ-tocopherol andδ-tocopherol were all detected in four oil palm varieties.The content of vitamin E among the four varieties was SJ64(724.83 mg/kg)>SD60(344.52 mg/kg)>XJS30(215.46 mg/kg)>LS30(159.13 mg/kg),and the variation of vitamin E ranged from 23.64%to 44.16%.Finally,the content of crude fat in 120 oil palm flesh was determined,and the linear relationship between vitamin E content and crude fat was analyzed by linear regression analysis,and the positive correlation between vitamin E content and crude fat content in oil palm was clarified.【Conclusion】Among the four oil palm varieties with high annual oil yield,SJ64 has the highest content of vitamin E and crude fat,and there is a positive correlation between them.The results of this study can provide reference for improving palm oil quality and cultivating new oil palm varieties.
